Back to business… It's been a busy week at the Islander on the Beach!
Four new slander on the Beach condos for sale and one unit is now in Escrow!

The lowest price non-short sale "regular sale" offerings are both at $139,000 ~ unit 365 in the Maui Building with an ocean peek from the lanai and unit 321 in the Hawaii building with an ocean view.
There are also numerous short sales offerings starting at $109,000 and a bank sale ocean view unit 342 offered at $189,000.
Notably, an oceanfront short sale of unit 153, offered at $189,000, just went into escrow this week and is likely to close fairly quickly.
