Banyan Harbor condos are located in Lihue, Central Kauai, across from Nawiliwili Harbor and walking distance to Kalapaki Bay, shopping, and restaurants.
The complex offers two bedroom units in single story (rambler) and townhome style configurations as well as a few 1 bedroom units (rarely on the market). The ramblers are two bedroom/2 full baths, the townhome units are 2 bedroom and 1.5 baths. Units in buildings F-J have carports at ground level that belong to the townhome units in those buildings. Units vary in usage and include timeshare, owner occupant, second home, long-term rental and vacation rental.
