Banyan Harbor Condos Update ~ Kauai Condos for Sale

I just wanted to check in with an update on Banyan Harbor condos… there were actually two sales this month in the complex!

A complete fixer upper unit closed at $217,500 on 8/7.  This was a single story "rambler" unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths facing the signature Banyan Tree.

Also, an upper level townhome style unit, upgraded with an ocean view, closed at $275,000 on 8/12.

The bank sale unit #80 is still available and offered at $250,000 and there is also a new listing of unit 24.

Kauai Condos under $250,000

This is a great time to buy real estate on Kauai and the opportunities abound!

Paniolo 103 is not a bank sale or a short sale, but still a tremendous deal and its located in the highly desirable Princeville resort residential community.

Plantation Hale and Village Manor are along the Coconut Coast in Kapaa ~ walking distance to the beach, WOW!
