Below my signature is a 2010 Year End Summary chart of the current listings and sales (plus the one closing already in 2011).
There are 21 active listings in the complex of which 4 are short sales, 10 are bank owned, and 7 are regular offerings. Asking prices start at $75,000 and go as high as $250,000.
There are 19 sales noted on the chart, with closing prices from $75,000 to $165,000.
The variability in pricing and closing prices may be attributed to location and view as well as type of offering.
I have highlighted the bank sale (aka REO bank owned) units in blue, short sale offerings in red, court confirmation sales in green and "regular" owner/sellers units in black.
The MLS # is an active link to additional listing information and details (description, photos, monthly maintenance fees, annual taxes, etc).
