Twelve units from Poipu to the North Shore posted price reductions in the past 7 days. See the chart below. The MLS # in the chart is an active link to the listing and you may then click on the camera icon for unit photos.

There are 287 active condo listings, asking prices start just under $50,000 (leasehold Kiahuna condos) and go to over $3,000,000. The higher prices are Bungalows on the South Shore and multiple townhouses as one offering.
There are 84 condos in escrow (under contract and contingent status combined)
In the last two months, 73 have sold.
