Best Salad on Kauai

   Sometimes this blog is just meant to be fun… Sunday I went in search of the best salad on Kauai and I found it!

   The winner is the chicken Caesar salad at Kauai Pasta in Kapaa! Delightfully done, super-duper fresh lettuce, the perfect balance of parmesan cheese and dressing.

   While there are other great salads on the island, this one wins for Sunday favorite.
