Banyan Harbor condo complex is one of my personal favorites, both for location and views.
The complex offers townhome style two bedroom units with 1 1/2 baths as well as rambler style single story two bedroom units with 2 baths.
Each unit offers something unique and they vary immensely in terms of views, location within the complex, upgrading, updating and a select few offer covered parking.
The magnificent pool has expansive ocean views and there are also BBQ areas, shuffleboard, tennis, and the namesake Banyan tree to enjoy!
On-site management is available for owners who would like to use the property as a vacation rental, though there are also owner occupant and long term tenants in the complex as well.
The ideal location, in the heart of Lihue close to Kalapaki Bay and Beach and across from Nawiliwili Harbor, affords owners and guests an easy walk to the beach, shopping, restaurants ~ close to the shopping mall and movie theater ~ plus it is centrally located for an easy drive to all of the great Kauai sites: waterfalls, north shore, south shore, and more.
Banyan Harbor condos for sale currently have asking prices starting in the mid $100,000s and go to the low $300,000s.
